Discover the history of Kenny Blake with this memorial scavenger hunt ride. Starting at Strathfield Motors (Prev Nancarrow Pty Ltd), this two+ hour ride will take you on a historic ride around Kenny Blake’s home town and surrounding district. The ride commences after the completion of the Memorial Sculpture unveiling by the South Australian Governor Hieu Van Le. The Governor may even give you your starting orders.
Everyone motor cycle rider who participates will receive a participation medal, you are free to bring a pillion or sidecar passenger. Bring your camera phone to capture the landmarks required to complete this event.
In front of Strathfield Motors, High Street. The Robin Hood hotel will serve a breakfast BBQ prior to the sculpture unveiling.
11am Sunday – riders need to finish by 2.30pm
$20 per bike (no concessions) – There is a limit of 120 bikes able to take part, so don’t miss your spot – Book Now!

You must have insurance and a road registered bike. The ride is along open roads, so road conditions and normal road traffic rules apply. There will be no road closures, and police will be in the area.

The Festival is a family friendly event, so please do not wear your colours.
As the majority of the event is held outdoors, individual events and rides will be subject to prevailing weather conditions.
The Kenny Blake Festival of Motorcycling, Friday 26 to Sunday 28 October 2018. The event is an initiative of the Strathalbyn & Lakes Tourist Association.
